Charles Stancill has served as a preacher for the churches of Christ since 1959.
He has earned the Bachelor of Arts Degree from Abilene Christian University and has
completed the Master of Arts residency, also at Abilene University. He has some study
toward his doctorate.
In recent years Mr. Stancill has specialized in Old Testament studies,
but he is also an experienced instructor in Logic, Homiletics, Church History,
and New Testament courses. His experience in the field of education makes him
especially qualified as Director. He has been with SCSE since 1971, first as an
instructor, then as Academic Dean, and now as Director.
